UPS Ground Shipping Charges are based on order amount totals:$0-$99.99=$7.50;$100-$150=$10.00;$150-200=$15.00;$200+up=$17.50. Shipping on orders over $200 is calculated based on bedding size and weight.
UPS 3 Day Select Shipping Charges are based on order amount totals: $0-49=$12.50;$50-99=$15.00;$100-149=$20.00;$150-199=$22.50;$200-249=$25.00;$250+up=$30.00.
UPS Next Day Air and UPS 2nd Day Air are calculated by the shopping cart during order checkout.
For orders shipped outside the 48 states there is an additional $10.00 charge. We reserve the right to refuse an order if the rates exceed our charges. We will notify you via e-mail of the actual cost for your approval.
MERCHANDISE EXCHANGE POLICY: Coolbaby Clothing will exchange any regular price item within 30 days of purchase. In order to make an exchange, please follow these steps:
1. E-mail:returns@coolbabyclothing.com
for a return authorization stating your full name (or the name of the person who purchased the gift for you) and your order number if you have it. Please also state the reason for the exchange and the item/size you would like to exchange for.
2. We will send a return e-mail with the return authorization approval number, which needs to be marked on the outside of the box when return is sent to us.
3. Send the merchandise back to:

4.Once we receive the return, the exchange product will be shipped.
MERCHANDISE RETURN POLICY: If approved a 10% restocking fee will be charged. We sell fine quality products and therefore the only problems that we foresee would be exchanges for a different style or sizes due to fit. Our exchange policy is very generous. We will exchange one time without additional shipping charges. Please request return via e-mail at admin@coolbabyclothing.com. In addition, no refunds are allowed after 60 days.
